Every Program starts with a $99 Discovery session, so we can get to know each other, your goals and whether we're a right fit! When The Pulse is booked in, your first two weeks are free.

Why do you require a Discovery Session?

Because I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. This session ensures I understand your unique situation and can deliver a program that actually works for you. It also gives you a chance to experience my coaching style before committing to a full program.

What if I'm not ready to commit yet?

That's completely fine. You'll still walk away with valuable insights and a clear direction. Many clients book their Discovery Session months before joining a program. It's about timing that works for you.

Is this a sales call?

No. It's a strategy session. Yes, we'll discuss which program might be right for you, but there's no pressure. My goal is to give you clarity, whether you work with me or not.
